"Pachamama: The Heartbeat of the Earth" Rooted in Andean traditions, this artwork represents Pachamama, or Mother Earth, as a nurturing and divine force. Her body merges with the planet itself, reinforcing the idea that humanity and nature are not separate but deeply interconnected. The heart of the earth beats through us, sustaining life in ways we do not always understand. The piece invites us to listen—to feel the pulse of the planet and acknowledge our responsibility in preserving its vitality., Acrylic watercolor pencil markers, mixed media, 24x36, 2024, $499

"Ephemeral Wings" Set against a dark, almost impenetrable background, two birds in flight emerge from a swirl of motion and color. Their presence is elusive, reminding us that nature often moves beyond the limits of our perception. Though we may not always see them, they exist, navigating an ever-changing landscape. This painting reflects on the fragility of existence, the beauty of movement, and the unseen forces that shape our reality. These works collectively affirm a simple yet powerful message: environment and diversity matter in art. Each brushstroke carries a reminder that nature and humanity are woven together, and it is our duty to cherish and protect the world we share. Acrylic with pencil and ink, 16x20, 2025, $600

“The Brightest Arch”, Acrylic on Canvas, 36”x48”, 2023, $777
Under painted with fluorescent pink, “The Brightest Arch” is a piece that uses my scribble
technique, where I let the scribble shape take me where it wants to go. Here I saw a woman, with an arched back, sitting on someone’s lap. From far away, the scribble could be read as a face, which I only saw near the end. I gave his left eye some eyelashes, or are they sun rays?
That’s for the viewer to decide. This technique gives me more room to use my imagination which made painting this piece effortless. Letting go of perfectionism and self doubt can be quite pleasurable.
